Technical Support Representative Responsibility

• Provide excellent phone support to customers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software and technical issues.
• Assist with product setup, configuration, and usage.
• Document customer interactions in our ticketing system.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams.
• Collaborate with teams to address customer concerns and improve products.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and best practices.
• Contribute to support documentation and FAQs.
• Deliver exceptional customer service with high satisfaction.

Technical Support Representative Requirements

• Experience: Proven track record in tech support (voice preferred), especially with SaaS products.
• Technical Skills: Strong aptitude for troubleshooting software issues.
• Communication: Excellent verbal skills, explaining complex concepts clearly.
• Software Knowledge: Familiarity with SaaS and underlying technologies.
• Tools: Proficient in ticketing systems (e.g., CRM) for case management.
• Problem-Solving: Independent, with strong prioritization and time management to meet deadlines.
• Customer Focus: Patient, empathetic, and dedicated to exceptional service.
• Shift Flexibility: Willingness to work various shifts, including evenings/weekends.
• Education: Tech background preferred (e.g., Computer Science).
• Bonus: Knowledge of product installation, VoIP, routers, and networking.
• Communication Bonus: Experience with overseas clients (written & verbal).
• Schedule Bonus: Willingness to work US hours (8 PM IST – 5 AM IST).
