Responsibilities of Junior Customer Service Executive –

  • Candidates will be responsible for day-to-day customer service operations and infrastructure management.
  • Candidates will have to maintain daily activities and routines.
  • Make sure to perform efficient and effective technical support according to SLAs
  • Candidates will be managing the operations of the Technical Support Center and Escalation Desk/Tickets for all NOC and SOC issues
  • Continuous monitoring of vendor performance especially for critical incidents, late cases, non-adherence to SLA etc.
  • Planning activities and change of management.
  • Resolving network and SOC issues effectively and on time.
  • Establish processes for monitoring network performance.

Salary/Pay and Grade Pay – For Junior Customer Service Executive, the salary payable will be around Rs 27,000 – Rs 32,500 per month.
