Job Summary for TalentGum Sales Associate Job

The role TalentGum Sales Associate Job would be part of the B2C sales function for our India / International clients. The candidate will be responsible to drive new customer acquisition, customer relationship management, Operations. This role will primarily consist of identifying and contacting potential customers (parents and students) and setting up meetings to counsel the students on learning pedagogies and on TalentGum’s fun extracurricular learning environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Consistently meet revenue targets in alignment with team/organizational objectives
• Candidate will Identify references through our existing customer base to increase the sales
• Conversion of leads received through various marketing channels
• Understand the requirement of customer and pass on insights towards the product portfolio improvement based on the customer interaction/feedback
• Overseeing and managing pre-sales and post-sales support activities for the assigned products/geographies and making sure the highest customer satisfaction
• Customer Relationship Management
• Proactively identifying cross-selling or up-selling opportunities with the existing customers

Job Requirements

• Comfortable working for 6 days including weekends
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Relevant experience of minimum 0-1 year of (prior experience in an Ed-Tech organization preferred)
• Ability to perform well under pressure
• Proficiency in English is required\
