Swiggy is hiring for the Customer Service Executive position in which candidates can work from home.

Post: Customer Service / Support Executive.

Process:- It is a Blended process (voice Process) meaning that candidates need to work in data entry as well as calling process.

Note:- Work From Home.

Salary :- 10,000/- to 12,000/-

Language Mandatory:- Candidate must be proficient in communication in Hindi & English.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • This is a premium voice process for enterprise business of our telecom partner
    (Customer Service)
  • Graduation with Min 6 month Relevant experience (Calling/Customer service Exp) is mandatory for thsi role.
  • Candidate must be flexible to work in any shift which will be Rotational.
  • Working days 6 days working
  • Candidate should be Ok with Rotational Offs. Ok with travelling on their own and should be to take week off other than Sunday.

Mandatory :- In order to join this role candidates should be having a personal computer with below mentioned configurations.

Operating System – Windows 10 and above

RAM :- Min 8 GB

Internet :- Wired Broadband (Download speed min 20 mbps , Upload speed min 20 mbps.)

Processor :- i5 and Above

Webcam:- Required

USB Headset

24/7 Rotational Shifts (Male & Female both)
