Responsibilities for Functional Consultant –

• The candidate will be responsible for evaluating and documenting customer transactions to mention accuracy and consistency in the information is provided to the customer.
• Evaluate transactions to make sure that all required processes and guidelines are followed to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and employee engagement.

Responsibilities for Content Writer –
