Responsibilities of Service Desk

• Escalate: Refer unresolved issues to higher-tier support.
• Feedback: Share customer feedback with relevant teams.
• Problem-Solving: Use SOPs/KBs to find solutions.
• Process Improvement: Identify and propose process/KB enhancements.
• Logging: Document issues and resolutions.

Requirements for Service Desk
