Job Responsibilities

Collaborate with your mentees to establish clear and achievable goals related to their specific field or interests within the program’s framework.
Assist mentees in identifying areas for improvement and provide guidance on strategies to develop relevant skills in their chosen field.
Share valuable insights and constructive feedback on mentees’ work, projects, or ideas.
Actively listen to your mentees’ concerns, challenges, and aspirations to understand their needs and provide tailored support.
Maintain regular communication with your mentees through scheduled meetings, online platforms, or other means as defined by the program
Follow the established guidelines and procedures set forth by the mentorship program. This might involve meeting attendance requirements, completing progress reports, or participating in program activities.

Job Requirements

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively share knowledge, provide constructive feedback, and actively listen to your mentees.
The ability to dedicate the necessary time to meet with mentees regularly and participate in program activities as outlined by the specific program.
The ability to truly listen to your mentees’ concerns, challenges, and aspirations to understand their needs and provide appropriate support.
Past experience in teaching, training, or leading workshops could be beneficial.
Proficiency in using online communication platforms or video conferencing tools.
The ability to guide mentees through challenges without providing direct answers, fostering critical thinking and independent problem-solving skills.
A genuine passion for helping others learn, grow, and achieve their goals.
