Job Summary

This role at Packt requires an individual who is organized and committed and have the ability to deliver in a dynamic environment demonstrating efficient project management skills and techniques. Candidate will be working with multiple stakeholders and requires excellent ability of time management and coordination skills.

This position will also be responsible for raising invoices and orders for authors and reviewers. Apart from this you will be responsible of the admin activities, managing tasks in the business system, etc.

Job Responsibilities

• Schedule dates in order to meet the publishing date planned for the book
• Establish a positive rapport, by helping technical reviewers
• Identify, assess and address risks whatever could jeopardize the plan
• Manage reviewing schedules
• Ensure that payments to TRs, authors, and third parties are secure and manage other administrative responsibilities.
• Ensure the timely delivery of content to the team
• Maintain integrity of editorial processes and good practice at each stage of the project
• Proactively monitoring the “velocity” of projects, adapting schedules accordingly
