Salary/Salary and Grade Pay – Successful candidates selected for HR Associate position will get a salary of Rs 33,000 approx, and candidates selected for graphic designer post will get a salary of Rs 27,500 approx. More information about salary is available in notification.

Responsibilities of HR Associate (Talent Acquisition) –

• Ensure the efficient onboarding of new recruits is achieved within the set timeframe, in terms of both quantity and quality, by completing all necessary pre-onboarding steps and formalities.
• Provide regular updates to internal stakeholders.
• Process deadlines must be met, maintaining mandate on discrimination and efficient complaint management
• Leading the performance management process within deadlines
• Developing and conducting employee engagement activities.
• To ensure proper use and deployment of manpower as per manpower plan.

Responsibilities of Graphic Designer –

• Developing instructional materials for the bank, and creating PowerPoint presentations, using instructional design principles and methods.
• Understand the learning content needs stakeholders and business teams and collaborate with them
• Frequent review and revise learning materials to ensure accuracy and relevance
• Utilize relevant design techniques in order to develop high quality learning materials which are in line with the Bank’s guidelines
• Work closely with the SME (subject matter experts) to gather information and verify the accuracy of content
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely completion of projects
• Prepare work schedules and deadlines
• Keep an eye and stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in instructional design, e-learning technologies.
