Responsibilities for Technical Help-desk Specialist –

  • Candidate will act as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical support over the phone or email.
  • Candidate will have to perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and relevant questions.
  • Determining the best solution based on the problem and details provided by customers.
  • Explain the problem-solving process to customer.
  • Issues which are unresolved escalate directly to the next level of support personnel.
  • Provide accurate information on IT products or services to customers.
  • Record all incidents and problems and along with their solutions in logs.
  • Follow up and update customer status and information.

Responsibilities for the Advisor Voice process –

  • Manage customer interactions.
  • Showcase ownership of the call when the customer contacts you.
  • Respond to customers in appropriate tone and language.
  • Provide a solution-based approach to all customers.
  • Educate customers at every possible opportunity.
  • Ensure updating of products, systems and processes to customers.
  • Record customer details and data related to a call or service.
  • Make sure customer queries are resolved within agreed timelines.
  • Manage outbound campaigns per business requirement.
  • Grow, develop and retain a customer base through building relationship and service.
  • Follow all contact center policies, procedures and legislative requirements.

Salary and Grade Pay – For Help-desk Specialist post, the salary will be Rs 28,300 and for Advisor Voice post, the salary will be approximately Rs 20,800 per month.
