Responsible of responding to customer inquiries.
Providing accurate information to costumers.
Professional communication to build rapport and ensure a positive customer experience.
Flexible to work 24*7 and work from an office.
Adhere to company guidelines and established protocols for handling customer inquiries
Monitor and maintain the quality of your own interactions, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and adherence to company standards.

Roles and Responsibility of Data Entry Executive

Accurately enter and update data into various company systems.
Excellent hold at analysis and able to draw conclusions after detailed analysis.
Detect data integrity issues and provide solutions for the same.
Ensure data is complete, accurate, and formatted according to established guidelines.
Preparing reports for any assigned project and clearly mention the achievements/challenges and obstacles encountered along the way.
Communicate any issues/queries requiring clarification to the relevant team.
Verify data for consistency and identify any errors or inconsistencies.
Maintain and organize electronic files and databases efficiently.
