- Responsible of responding to customer inquiries.

- Flexible to work 24*7 and work from an office.
- Adhere to company guidelines and established protocols for handling customer inquiries
- Monitor and maintain the quality of your own interactions, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and adherence to company standards.

Roles and Responsibility of Data Entry Executive
- Accurately enter and update data into various company systems.
- Excellent hold at analysis and able to draw conclusions after detailed analysis.
- Detect data integrity issues and provide solutions for the same.
- Ensure data is complete, accurate, and formatted according to established guidelines.
- Preparing reports for any assigned project and clearly mention the achievements/challenges and obstacles encountered along the way.
- Communicate any issues/queries requiring clarification to the relevant team.
- Verify data for consistency and identify any errors or inconsistencies.
- Maintain and organize electronic files and databases efficiently.
