Havildar	Unmarried Men & Women with exceptional sports achievements (Medal winners at Junior/Senior National Championships or participated in International events representing India)	₹35,000
Naib Subedar	Unmarried Men & Women with exceptional sports achievements (Medal winners at World/Asian Championships, Asian Games/Commonwealth Games/World Cup or represented India twice or participated in Olympics)	₹45,000
