Associate Manager Recruitment Responsibilities
- Acquire quality corporate salary accounts based on structure, segments, and products, while generating leads for family accounts and cross-sell opportunities.
- Provide regular feedback to the Sales Manager on customer needs and market opportunities.
- Create customer wish lists through promotional activities and proactively resolve queries.
- Ensure adherence to selling norms, account opening procedures, and KYC guidelines.
- Acquire new corporate salary account customers and generate referrals from the target area.
