Responsibilities –

• Candidates will perform documentation collection and distribution for Tier 2 and Tier 3 projects from factory and customer.
• Preparing cover pages for documents and manage the transmission of documents between Emerson and our customers on projects.
• Ensure timely submission and receiving of documents.
• Providing regular updates of project documentation status via reports to the client and project managers.
• Creation and preparation of record books and management of final data book with the team till final payment receipt.
• Collaborate with clients and internal resources to quickly complete overdue documents that need to be prepared or approved.
• Upload documents to document management portal or send them via email to clients.
• Maintain detail status of documents.
