Role and Responsibilities for Executive

Keping the records organized.
negotiating with the suppliers.
Tracking the vehicles and managing them.
Ensuring timely deployment of fleet.
Meeting all requests by scheduling, forecasting and surveying current trends.
Ensure GPS equipment is installed and working in all vehicles.
Resolve the disputes.
Ensure that rates agreed with vendors should be within industry standards.
Flexible to work shift wise as per requirement.

Role and Responsibilities for Intern

Responsible for admin functions in the HR department.
Daily attendance
Keep complaint report
Off Roll and On Roll Attrition Report
Work under the HR Manager

Key Skills required

Experience in logistics, transportation management.
Good hold on MS Excel and various analytical tools.
Able to work independently and in a team.
Good Communication Skills.
Negotiation and Deal-Making Skills.
