BrandWatch operates and serves clients the world over, Brandwatch has 17 offices across the globe and more than 1,000 employees across the globe.

As a Customer Support Advisor BrandWatch, the candidate will be reporting into Support Management, and working within the boundaries of 1st tier support, working in close collaboration with Technical Product Specialists, Customer Experience and our R&D team.

Primary Responsibilities:

Help Customers:

  • Answer questions and solve problems through phone, email, and chat as needed.
  • Track tickets until issues are fixed or requests are addressed.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure they are happy.

Work with the Product Team:

  • Find and report problems with the product.
  • Share customer ideas for new features in our products.
  • Stay up-to-date on new features and test them out to find any issues.
  • Maintain records of how long it takes to fix problems reported to the product team.

Learn and Share:

  • Become an expert on the Brandwatch products.
  • Update internal knowledge base (SOP) with new information to help other support staff.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay sharp and updated.

It is expected that you

  • Provide professional, timely and high-quality customer service throughout your engagement with prospects and customers to customer satisfaction level.
  • You should be excellent at communication and should be able to “translate” technical terms/causes into a customer-friendly language.
  • Report product issues & new feature requests according to the defined processes. templates, and information requirements.
  • Take ownership of your cases, while being collaborating to your co-workers’ cases in their absence.
  • Should be able to flag risks and detect opportunities throughout your interactions with customers, and channel that information to the appropriate internal stakeholders.
  • You must be a product expert, and always up to date with the newest release features and their use-case.

Your performance will be evaluated based on:

  • Adherence to Customer Support’s Service Level Agreement across all channels for all customer inquiries.
  • Support quality metrics will also be checked (e.g. Tone of Voice, Ticket handling, etc.)
  • Satisfaction rating given by customers.
  • Your communication skills will be a matric for both internal entities and customer-facing
  • Product knowledge will also be a criteria.
