Job Description for Customer Service Representative

  • Salary – Rs.22,500 Per Month

Responsibilities of Customer Service Representative

  • Analyze customer needs to deliver optimal solutions.
  • Provide effective customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and accurately.
  • Manage high call volumes and ticket inquiries efficiently.
  • Foster strong customer relationships through open communication and trust-building.
  • Conduct product training, updates, and feedback sessions to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements for Customer Service Representative

  • Excellent phone communication and active listening skills.
  • Customer-focused approach with adaptability to different personalities.
  • Experience in B2C customer support.
  • At least two years of phone-based customer service experience.
  • Knowledge of U.S. stock markets and related terminology.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and upselling.
  • Fluency in English (verbal and written).Familiarity with CRM systems and best practices.

Note: Night Shifts (05:30 PM to 03:30 AM IST, with 1-hour break), Monday – Friday
