Roles and Responsibilities for Operations Representative

• Answering customer queries and concerns about products or services offered by Concentrix’s clients.
• Make sure services delivered to our customers meets performance indicator.
• Following established protocols to ensure consistent and high-quality customer interactions.
• Resolve customer requirements.
• The ability to interact with customers professionally and empathetically.
• Listen to customer needs and concerns.
• Take part in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance.
• Offer additional services.
• Generating basic reports on customer interactions or service requests to support the team and management.
• Track document and retrieve information in call tracking database.
