• Efficiently identify and address customer concerns.
• Responsible of responding to customer inquiries as per company protocol.
• Providing accurate information to costumers.
• Professional communication to build rapport.
• Adhere to company guidelines.
• Good communication and analytical skills.

Key Skills required

• Proficient communication skills in Kannada, Tamil and English.
