Job Summary for Client Data Analyst

A Client Data Analyst role provides an opportunity to understand and manage client information and be part of KYC/AML interactions, to improve business relationships. Job Description

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Candidate will have to maintain the records within each of the Five Pillars, track the progress on aging cases, prioritize the timely uplift of DNT Flags and make sure that TLT process for incoming population is managed efficiently.
  • Keep posted of any changes to processes and procedures, regulatory change and ensure open verbal dialogue with Colleagues/Management
  • Collaborate with Credit/Reference data teams to clarify all credit related attributes/Account closure/CASID deactivation in Party and to develop strong partnerships, escalate issues, and eliminate roadblocks
  • Continuously identify and execute process improvements, provide guidance and support on key process and technology initiatives to the business
  • Collaborate with GFCC/KNR teams to collectively review, identify and transfer the cases which are eligible for these categories
  • Ability to interpret complex data sets and translate insights into actionable recommendations is required.
