Roles And Responsibilities

Candidate will have to maintain the records within each of the Five Pillars, track the progress on aging cases, prioritize the timely uplift of DNT Flags and make sure that TLT process for incoming population is managed efficiently.
Keep posted of any changes to processes and procedures, regulatory change and ensure open verbal dialogue with Colleagues/Management
Collaborate with Credit/Reference data teams to clarify all credit related attributes/Account closure/CASID deactivation in Party and to develop strong partnerships, escalate issues, and eliminate roadblocks
Continuously identify and execute process improvements, provide guidance and support on key process and technology initiatives to the business
Collaborate with GFCC/KNR teams to collectively review, identify and transfer the cases which are eligible for these categories
Ability to interpret complex data sets and translate insights into actionable recommendations is required.

Job Requirements
