Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Create data pipelines for data processing, transformation, and storage.
• The candidate will develop and maintain data schemas that align with business requirements to ensure data consistency and efficient querying enabling reuse.
• At this role you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and implement solutions.
• Lead and guide the technical teams, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and technical excellence.
• Make sure to Implement best practices for cloud-based data storage, security, and scalability.
• Generate ideas for designing and building data engineering solutions using standard frameworks to achieve goals.
• Candidate should also be able to design and build ETL solutions that are performant, consistent, and scalable.
• Testing and enabling data migration from legacy data warehouse to cloud.

Requirements:

• B. Tech in Computer Science or an equivalent degree would be preferred.
• Experience in leading the projects (local or global), stakeholder management, working with competing priorities
• Experience with any programming language, proficiency on python is preferable.
• Good knowledge of SQL and performance tuning. Experience with Snowflake is a must
• You should be flexible to adapt to new technologies.
• Experienced with team handling.
