Role and Responsibilities for Central Operations Support Executive

Monitoring efficient functioning of the assigned sites by coordinating with field executives.
Coordinate between field executives and various internal and external agencies for timely execution of operations.
Training sellers for execution and adherence of norms and practices.
Deploy SOP’s, analyze the data, and propose processes, that focus on improving the Seller experience.

Role and Responsibilities for Go AI associate

Required to watch the video and understand it thoroughly.
Making the best use of human judgement and combining it with the tools and resources to indicate the activity captured in the video.
Mark the location of product through the tools while maintaining accuracy.
The process that helps in maintaining the fulfillment center’s stow quality.
Performing precise and thorough video/image annotations with high degree of accuracy and duration.

Role and Responsibilities for Seller Partner Support Associates

Responsible for providing timely and accurate support to Merchants selling on the Amazon platform.
Making a strong record of customers focus a high standard.
Expected to address chronic system issues.
Provide process improvements, develop internal documentation.
Contribute to a team environment.
