• Assist mentees in identifying areas for improvement and provide guidance on strategies to develop relevant skills in their chosen field.
• Share valuable insights and constructive feedback on mentees’ work, projects, or ideas.
• Actively listen to your mentees’ concerns, challenges, and aspirations to understand their needs and provide tailored support.
• Maintain regular communication with your mentees through scheduled meetings, online platforms, or other means as defined by the program
• Follow the established guidelines and procedures set forth by the mentorship program. This might involve meeting attendance requirements, completing progress reports, or participating in program activities.

Job Requirements

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively share knowledge, provide constructive feedback, and actively listen to your mentees.
