Responsibilities –
- Candidates will perform documentation collection and distribution for Tier 2 and Tier 3 projects from factory and customer.
- Preparing cover pages for documents and manage the transmission of documents between Emerson and our customers on projects.
- Ensure timely submission and receiving of documents.
- Providing regular updates of project documentation status via reports to the client and project managers.
- Creation and preparation of record books and management of final data book with the team till final payment receipt.
- Collaborate with clients and internal resources to quickly complete overdue documents that need to be prepared or approved.
- Upload documents to document management portal or send them via email to clients.
- Maintain detail status of documents.
