Customer Service Executive
The CSE would be responsible for business development, operations management, training, staff management for his branch. He would be reporting to the BH with skip level reporting to RM. The CSE will be in a team comprising CSOs and MIS-officer in the branch. He will be responsible for maintaining documentation and process check.
Experience
- Fresher’s are eligible to apply
- Preferable 1-3 years’ experience with similar job profile with sufficient exposure to the field
- operations in working with the target population.
- Knowledge of local language and willingness to travel extensively is mandatory.
Age Limit
Maximum age limit at 33 years
Skills and Knowledge
- Minimum qualification – PUC/10+2 completed.
- Must have written, spoken and reading command over local language and English.
- Driver’s License and Motorcycle is a must.
Customer Service Officer
The CSO’s primary job role is addition of customer and increasing sustainable portfolio for the branch. CSO is to identify new business locations, sourcing and addition of potential customers. Post disbursement he/she has to collect the installments on scheduled dates from the customers.
Experience
- Fresher’s are eligible to apply
- Preferable 1-3 years’ experience with similar job profile with sufficient exposure to the field

He would be reporting to the Regional Manager and would have a team of Branch Heads reporting to him. In addition to this, he will also be responsible for providing compliance towards audit observations in his branches.
Education and Experience
- Graduates
- Must be well-versed with the local language and English.
- Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word
- Must have a working knowledge of handling computer systems.
- Driver’s License and Motorcycle is a must
Age Limit

Skills and Knowledge
- 4-5 years’ experience with MFI, Banking in managing multiple branch portfolio in the operational area.
- Knowledge of local language and willingness to travel extensively is mandatory
Branch Head
The Branch Head would be responsible for business development, operations management, training, staff management for his branch. He would be reporting to the RM or FH (AGM-DL) and would have a team of CSEs and CSOs and MIS-officer reporting to him. In addition to this, he will also be responsible for providing
compliance towards audit observations in his branch.
Educational Qualifications
- Graduates and above
- Must be well-versed with the local language and English.
- Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word
- Must have a working knowledge of handling computer systems.
- Driver’s License and Motorcycle is a must.
Age Limit
Maximum age limit at 35 years. For candidates with relevant experience the same may be relaxed.
Experience
- 2-4 years’ of work experience in microfinance institution
- Knowledge of local language and willingness to travel extensively is mandatory.
